At PuppyLab, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, here’s how we handle refunds:
Returns: You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their packaging.
Non-Returnable Items: Gift cards, digital products, and final sale items cannot be returned.
Process: Email support@puppylab.co with your order number. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll confirm approval.
Refunds: Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges: We replace defective or damaged items only. Contact us for assistance.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.
