PuppyLab partners with trusted international shipping carriers—including FedEx, DHL, UPS, and EMS—who collaborate with local couriers to deliver directly to your door, offering straightforward flat‑rate worldwide shipping.
Order Processing
Orders are charged and processed once payment verification is complete. This verification may take a few days. Any orders flagged for billing discrepancies or requiring extra validation may be delayed or cancelled.
Shipping Timeline
We typically take 2–5 business days to fulfill and forward orders to our carrier’s sort facility.
During peak seasons or holidays, processing may extend up to 10 days, and items with limited stock may also experience delays.
Once your order is en route, no changes—including address modifications—can be made. We only ship to the delivery address provided at checkout.
Tracking and Shipment Notifications
All shipments include tracking. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order leaves our warehouse.
Tracking data may take several days to update. If there’s no movement after 5 business days, please reach out to our support team.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
International shipments may incur import taxes, customs duties, or clearance fees. These are the customer’s responsibility. PuppyLab cannot predict or control them. If a shipment is refused and returned, the customer remains responsible for any associated import or return shipping fees.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
PuppyLab is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If tracking indicates delivery but you haven’t received your order, please contact the carrier to file a claim—our support team is happy to assist where possible.
Incorrect Address Disclaimer
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. Orders are processed immediately and cannot be updated after submission. We cannot reroute or retrieve orders once they reach our carrier.
